Description
Join us as art, space science, and women’s representation come together in a talk from Bettina Forget, a German-born artist, gallerist, and art-science researcher.
Forget will share the story behind her project Women With Impact — a response to the underrepresentation of women in the historical science record. Out of the 1,605 named craters on the moon, only 29 are named after women, an issue that Forget tackles in a series of works that fuse drawing and selenographic research.
