Strengthen your body and relax your mind with one-hour of gentle, mindful yoga. Certified instructor Arzina Murji leads these rejuvenating sessions. Walk-ups are welcome. Please come dressed to move, or change on site. A limited number of mats are available for use on a first come, first served basis.
